The staff here in Central Coast Cleaning will assure your Vacation home will maintain at its neatest and cleanest at an accurate, timely, and courteous response for all your guests.
Each home is unique we will come out and do our inventory of linens and towels making sure there is no missing linens and damages to the home. We will reorganize the furnisher if moved.
We will reorganize linen closet. Provide basic paper supplies (additional charge)

Dust and polish furniture with pledge or lemon oil if needed

Open shelves, ceiling fans, air vents baseboards, window sill and blinds (hand wash)

Windex mirrors, picture glass, inside glass doors and television screens

Wet mop floors and vacuum all carpet areas

Change the bed linens

Collect and dispose of all trash

Sweep patios and clean patio furniture

Clean BBQ grill

Remove ashes from fireplaces

Laundry on site

General Cleaning

Clean stove top, oven and rang hood

Clean refrigerator inside/out, top and sides

Clean dishwasher front and empty it

Clean all counter tops, sink and microwave

Wet mop all hard floors

Clean all cabinets and drawers inside and out
Kitchen

Clean light fixtures and vents

Clean and disinfect all bathrooms fixtures (sink, toilets and dispensers)

Sanitize door handle & light switches

Scrub down tub/shower, faucets counter tops

Empty all trashcans & replace with new liners
