Post Construction Clean Up

• Through the Facility

• Wipe down walls and high areas, if necessary

• Wipe down cabinets and drawers inside and out.

• Wipe down counter top, sinks and faucets

• Wipe down bathtubs, shower stalls and shower doors

• Wipe toilet, inside and out, behind and including any removal of stickers

• Stained woodwork shall be wiped down with polish after cleaning.

• Cleaning of fireplace complete.

• Clean all floor coverings

• Clean and polish all mirrors and glass

• Remove Appliances coverings and wiped down.

• Vacuuming all carpets. Removal of all carpet and pad remnant. (Larger carpet scraps shall be left in hall closet for owner’s use.)

• Sweep, scrape and hose off stairs, landings, walk area, decks, patios, and garage floors (Exterior cleaning only)

• Interior trash and debris can be hauled off, with unit ready for walk-thru inspection.

• Washing all windows, interior and exterior, and cleaning all tracks.

• Wipe down the door panels and frames.

• Wipe down light fixtures, electrical switches and outlets.

• Wipe down expose beams or trusses.
